Bonnie Schneider works as a journalist for CNN. Her TV show"LAST HOUSE REmaining" on DIY NETWORK was launched on March 30 2012. The show also has her as on camera meteorologist, and the co-executive director. The debut novel by Bonnie, EXTREME WEEKEND was published by Palgrave Macmillan in January 2012. In her role as a special assignment reporter, she was reported on each week for three hours covering entertainment, lifestyle and news. The previous job she held was the weekend meteorologist at WFOR-TV, Miami. She's held a variety of meteorology and reporting positions including: News 12 Long Island that is a 24-hour cable news television network, and WXII-TV, the NBC affiliate in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She also worked for The CBS channel in New York City as a frequent meteorologist filling in on The Saturday Early Show.
